Your support furthers our impact and resources to: sustain staffing, partnerships, and retreat scholarships.Travel is linked to stress reduction and increased happiness, reducing the riskof burnout from work, family duties, and the monotony of routine. It is essential that we pour into individual communities who often uplift and care for others.
As travel costs continue to rise, these scholarships support the financial accessibilityof our retreats. Our Chosen family scholarships are offered to the following:
First time passport holders who have not traveled outside of the U.S.
Former or current individuals with experiences in Foster Care
Local BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and/or Elder Costa Ricans
Social Service & Non-Profit Staff making below $56,000 per year (Educators, Therapists, Higher Ed, Social Workers etc.)
Social Justice Leaders, Community Caretakers & Healers who offer low, no cost and/or sliding scale services
Safety, Travel & Access Gap

After making your donation, talk to your employer about their matching gift policy. Find out if your donation qualifies. Email the matching gift form to development@chosencollective.org and we will complete it with the information needed for the match.
